Welcome bags

The Madison Newcomers have a wonderful opportunity for our shoreline business owners! We are looking for shoreline businesses to contribute promotional items to be included in the Newcomers Welcome Bags.

You can provide us with a flyer, coupon, menu, goodies - whatever you think will draw people to your business! Your promo item will be added to our Newcomers Welcome Bag with a collection of our favorite local businesses and hand-delivered with a smile to our new neighbors. This is a great chance to get in front of the newest members of our community - to help welcome them and show them what great local businesses we have to offer. People moving to a new area are looking for recommendations - for home improvements, shopping, restaurants, child care, activities, self-care services - everything! The quest to find all of these things in a new town can be overwhelming. The Newcomers Welcome Bags are a fun and friendly way to provide information that people are looking for and help them feel at home.

Our advertising pricing structure is listed below. All proceeds go directly toward the Madison Newcomers mission to actively help new-to-town residents become acquainted with one another while simultaneously focusing on the civics and social welfare of our community - as well as our scholarship fund.

The Welcoming Committee - $250 to contribute up to one paper item and one swag item to our Welcome Bags

Bronze Anchor Sponsorship - $485 to contribute unlimited items to our Welcome Bags, Bronze Sponsorship signage at the Touch a Truck event, Bronze Sponsorship name recognition on the event website, and an opportunity to display materials at the Touch a Truck event (sponsor provided table and materials). 

Silver Anchor Sponsorship - $720 to contribute unlimited items to our Welcome Bags, Silver Sponsorship signage at the Touch a Truck event, Silver Sponsorship name recognition on the event website with company logo, inclusion of marketing materials in Touch a Truck gift bags (provided to attendees), and an opportunity to display materials at the Touch a Truck event (sponsor provided table and materials). 

Gold Anchor Sponsorship - $955 To contribute unlimited items to our Welcome Bags, Gold Sponsorship signage at the Touch a Truck event, Gold Sponsorship name recognition and company logo on the event website and marketing materials, company logo on and inclusion of materials in the Touch and Truck gift bags (provided to attendees), and an opportunity to display materials at the Touch a Truck event in premium gold location (sponsor provided table and materials). 

Platinum Anchor Sponsorship - $1400 To contribute unlimited items to our Welcome Bags, premium Platinum location for sponsorship signage at the Touch a Truck event, company logo on event banner, Platinum Sponsorship name recognition and company logo on the event website and marketing materials, company logo on and inclusion of materials in the Touch and Truck gift bags (provided to attendees), an opportunity to display materials at the Touch a Truck event in premium platinum location (sponsor provided table and materials), and an announcement over the loudspeaker at event about platinum sponsorship businesses.

*In addition to the above-listed sponsorship opportunities, we are always looking for donations from local businesses to raffle off at our general meetings.
